Did I forget to mention that living in Northeast PA absolutely sucks ?

We got about 9 inches of snow today, when only flurries were predicted.

It took over 2.5 hours for me to get home from work.

Everyday I look in the mirror and say ...hey idiot...why do you continue to live here ... you only live once .... might as well enjoy it.

Nope...gotta make everyone else happy :(

St. Paddy's Day in Scranton

Today was the St. Patrick's Day Parade in Downtown Scranton. It's the one day of the year that is actually worth living in NEPA. It's difficult to describe, kind of a combination of Mardi Gras, Spring Break and October Fest, all in one.

I got to see lots of old friends, and lots of new beer !

Spring Training Starts :)

After the longest off season in the history of baseball (for me anyway) the Yankees are reporting to Spring Training this week.

I can't wait for the season to start.

Lackawanna County released it's much hyped Ad Campaign for the counties attractions, and its called Lackawanna Wonderful. WTF ! Sad ... very sad !

This area needs a marketing plan so badly its pathetic.

We are going to paint this new logo on our train trestles. WOW ! This is a good way to spend the ad $$ ... this will really attract people to our area.

Snowbound this week ! The snow just keeps piling up and temps have reached -16 below here at lovely Newton Lake.
